Luisa is the founder of LH Therapeutic Services for Children and Families. (Previously Well Being Coaching with Luisa).

Luisa is a young person’s emotional well being coach, which means she offers support to children and adolescents aged up to 18 to help them manage challenges in their lives. She helps young people identify what the difficult situations they have in their life are, explore how they manage their emotions around this, and teach coping skills. She works widely with the family unit, particularly offering parental coaching sessions to help them understand their child’s difficulties and learn how they can support them at home too.

Previously Luisa also worked with women to improve their well being, build healthy habits, increase productivity, be more organised and achieve a more balanced lifestlye.

Luisa has over 10 years experience of working with children and young people with a range of emotional and mental health needs. Including working in CAMHS, schools (including SEND) and charity organisation. She has also have achieved a Psychology BSc, Child Development MSc, and a Low Intensity CBT Interventions PGDip and currently a trainee Counsellor and Psychotherapist for young people also.
